Spearmint is found mainly in Asia, the Western Mediterranean and the United States. In skin care, it has astringent, stimulating and local anesthetic properties and also has antiseptic properties. Mint is particularly suitable for the treatment of acne and inflammatory skin but also for insect bites.
In aromatherapy, it is considered as stimulating, invigorating and inspiring, and promotes better memory and concentration. It counteracts fatigue and stress.
