Description
Christ's thorn, or Sidr, is a kind of neutral henna that strengthens the hair, lends it volume and cleanses at the same time. It is a herbal "shampoo" alternative for all those who have problems with skin intolerances and allergies. The hair is cleansed in a natural and gentle manner, without causing any colouration.
Sidr is ideal for all:
- with naturally light hair
- who prefer a soap-free hair cleanser.
- with thin, dull and lacklustre hair.
- whose hair needs protection from water, sun, and other elements.
Application:
- Mix the powder with boiling and add other plant powders if needed.
- Cover the paste for 20 minutes.
- Apply to dry or damp hair, gently massaging the scalp.
- Leave on for 50 minutes then rinse thoroughly with water.
- Follow up with an acidic rinse (water and vinegar mixture) as the last step to boost shine and suppleness.

I love this product and how my hair look, I already ordered my 3rd pack. I have very greasy scalp and discovering herbal and clay washes was a game changer for me, now I can stretch 3 days and my hair look still presentable, before they were looking greasy and dirty by the end of the day I washed. Small downside of herbal washes they leave hear a bit fizzy therefore I use vinegar rinse and every so often hair oiling for smooth and healthy look.
I forgot to mention I have light blond hair and Sidr it doesn't stain my hair. I used to use reetha but had to stop because of staining.Was this review helpful? (0) (0)

Great product. I just loved the effect. After washing my hair with it my hair felt soft and shiny, and hair was clean. I do have an itchy and sensitve scalp and washing my hair with this product doesn't irritate my scalp.
