Aristotle used peppermint as an aphrodisiac. In the Middle Ages it was considered a symbol of happiness. Peppermint is known for its positive properties, especially with regard to its effects on the stomach, intestines and respiratory tract.

Only organic peppermint leaves are used to make this tea.

Preparation:

  • Pour 100 ° C hot water over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Note:

  • Do not pour the boiling water directly onto the tea as it could damage the sachet.
