The "Breathe Easy! tea is a composition of selected ingredients that have a calming and beneficial effect on the respiratory tract. Sage and eucalyptus have been used since Ancient Greek times to treat the respiratory tract.

Spearmint, ribwort, liquorice root, and peppermint have a relaxing effect and provide a fresh and sweet taste.

Preparation:

Pour 100 ° C hot water over the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes.

Note:

Do not pour the boiling water directly onto the tea as it could damage the sachet.
