Application:
- Glide across the inside of the eyelid for a smooth strong line
- To apply to the outer eyelid, use as close as possible to the lashes in short, smooth strokes
- For a softer look use our Smudge brush over the line to soften the edges

Extremely smudgey eyeliner

I was extremely disappointed with this product. As soon as I applied the liner, it would instantly smudge. I had really bad panda eyes which I was not aware when I was out. Won't be purchasing again.

Smudgy, not the brand's best

Maybe I was mislead, but unless this eyeliner is for like smokey eyes, it's very smudgy.
I tried using it a couple of times and took the precaution of setting it with a paper tissue but every time I ended up with raccoon eyes.
Verdict: too oily or smudgy.
I've bought many other products from this brand with which I'm very pleased, so I won't hold this against Lily Lolo.
