Zhenobya Nablus Soap

The Nablus Soap is produced in Nablus by hand using a traditional process. The base of the soap is comprised of the best olive oil from first pressing. Its antioxidant effect can be traced back to the high content in mineral salts such as potassium, magnesium, iron and manganese, glycerine and linoleic acid. The soap moisturises the skin and is ideal for very sensitive skin types.

In order to preserve all the nourishing properties of the oil, the soap is boiled on a low flame for several days. After drying, it is marked with a red thread of wool after which it is then cut into shape. Therefore, red traces may be visible on the light-coloured soap.
