Description
It is a well-known fact that magnesium can help to soothe discomforts that result from sporting activities or brought on by stressful situations. This spray contains 100% natural Zechstein magnesium that is thought to be applied to these problem areas of the skin. Tired, tense muscles or burdened nerves are invigorated thanks to the impressive active ingredients found in this spray. The body's metabolism is stimulated which contributes to regeneration and relief.
Application:
- Apply to the skin and gently rub until absorbed.
- Rinse with water after 15 minutes.
Note:
- Magnesium oil is referred to as an oil due to its consistency, even though it does not contain any oils.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.

First magnesium oil I've tried!

I am new to this type of product so I can't really compare... I can say that when applied I do feel some instant relief of mild to moderate muscle pains, although there is some skin itching that comes with it and there is some white residue that stays on the skin. But I've heard it's normal for magnesium oil and that it fades with time (I've used half the bottle now and still feel quite itchy)
