Ginger has a strong warming effect making it the perfect oil to use during the colder months. The oils warms even the even the coldest hands and feet. Ginger Essential Oil should always be used diluted .

Directions for Use:

Dilute some Ginger Essential Oil in milk. Add a few drops of Lavender Oil to the mix and add the oil-milk blend to the bathwater. This relieves cold and stiff limps.
Caution: Ginger oil is not suitable for sensitive skin!
