I shampooed my hair twice with this product and my hair became a mess and very very dry, but at least it cleaned well. I however, am not buying again this shampoo especially the conditioner which goes with it.

Tried a sample... Wasn't expecting much after a number of disappointing experiences with natural shampoos. After drying my hair seemed all over the place but this improved the next day and I could feel my hair was clean, which tends to be the main problem with other natural shampoos.

Better than other conditioners, but not something special. Not so hydrating. An average conditioner, I have dry hair and I need something better.

In summer when I must shampoo my hair every day this shampoo is a saviour! It effectively removes all the oil, sunblock, muddy water from my hair but it is so conditioning and moisturising that I don't even need a separate conditioner anymore and I can even com my hair before I apply my hair styling cream! The old formulas of these Lavera shampoos were always so drying on my hair that I definitely needed a separate conditioner and a leave-in conditioner just to be able to comb my hair before apply styling cream. This reformulation is a huge improvement. During winter when I only shampoo 2 times per week however, this variety does not effectively clean my oily scalp because its too moisturising...I have to use the Frische & Balance variety instead. During the winter the Frische & Balance variety cleans my oily scalp but doesn't over-dry it or my hair.
