Description
The Compact Eye shadows by PuroBIO Cosmetics are organic shadows that are comprised of bold shades. They are easy to use and extremely versatile. The eye shadows are available in numerous shades and can be used both individually or blended with other eye shadow shades or with the puroBIO eye shadow pencils. The compact eye shadows are available in matte and shimmer shades.
The matte eye shadows have a soft and silky texture with an intense colour. The shimmer eye shadows are a mix between powder and cream textures and are therefore perfectly suited for a wet application.
Each eye shadow has a magnetic base which allows for easy storage within the puroBIO palette.
Application:
- Apply the product to the eyelids using a brush.
- Slightly dampen the brush for a more luminous effect when applying the shimmer eye shadows.
- For an intensifying look, apply the puroBIO eye shadow pencils as a base.
Notes: wash your hands before applying the eye shadows and close the product after use. Avoid direct contact with the inner eye! If the product comes into contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly. Keep well closed and protected from heat and light.

Decent eye shadows

I bought five different shades from light to dark. They are okay, some of them are quite patchy and powdery, especially the mattes. Colour 01 Champagne works beautifully as a highlighter and is super pretty. On the lid it is really patchy though. Overall, I will use them but will not repurchase since I know there are better ones out there!

I love the bright colours - they are very strongly pigmented, stick well, and last all day.
I got the grass green 17, bananna 11, and brighter yellow 18 - and I love them, they are wonderful on my very light skin. The bananna makes a good off-white highlighter for warm skintones.
The matte peach is well coloured, but looks rather brownish on me- however it comes across as a peach on my daughter, who has slightly darker skin than me - I am very light coloured.Was this review helpful? (2) (0)

I actually really really like these! Blend like a dream. The shimmers are buttery but not that consistent, the mattes are actually really good.

Great Eyeshadow!

I don't know how they did it, but this is the best 'natural' eyeshadow I've used in my life. Before this, I've used mostly Lily Lolo's eyeshadow, among a couple of other brands, and I found the pigmentation, lasting power and blendability a bit 'meh'. This is unfortunate, especially because LL isn't the cheapest.
I was actually ordering Dove Grey as an eyeshadow to use for my eyebrows, but I find the colour to be a little to light for that and slightly "yellowish" compared to my eyebrows. However, just as a regular eyeshadow, it is absolutely amazing! I like the neutral, everyday taupe colour. But what surprised me the most is how long lasting it is compared to all the other eyeshadows I have tried. My eyelids are quite oily and considering I don't use a primer on my lids, so eyeshadow creases like crazy (As in, in the afternoon, all of the pigment is gone). However, though it doesn't look perfect at the end of the day, this eyeshadow actually stays put rather nice for at least a large part of the day. Add to that the softness, how easy it is to blend and the great ingredients list (no talc!) and you get something worth your money.
I just received Champagne today and although I haven't worn it yet, I swatched it on my hand. It is a wonderful light goldish colour, though it doesn't look weird or unnatural as far as I can tell on my pale and cool-toned skin, which is quite the accomplishment. Again, this colour is also soft and smooth and could be used as an all-over eyeshadow, an inner corner highlighter, a browbone highlighter and it is even "blendable" enough to use it as a cheekbone highlighter.
If you couldn't tell already, I'm very enthusiastic about these eyeshadows and cannot recommend them enough. Bonus points: They're vegan!
